Due to feedback from some early downloaders, we’ve made some packaging changes to the source tarball and zip files so that they more closely reflect the source tree available from Git. There were also some dependency issues with the Eclipse .project files in these files that crept into the release at the last minute.
The new download will pull down dependencies from our Ivy repository on demand, although we will be adding a new set of downloads including all the pre-resolved dependencies next week. The only difference between the no-dependencies and the pre-resolved downloads to come is that the the file sizes of the pre-resolved download will be substantially larger, but building will be quicker the first time.
The documentation site at http://docs.opengamma.com has been updated to reflect the changes.
